Fame Academy winner Alex Parks is covering Tears for Fears "Mad World" which will be released at Christmas.

That will probably be the Xmas no.1 then - I haven't heard her version, but I'm sure it won't be anywhere as good as the original...

The version Gary Jules did for the film Donnie Darko is an excellent cover though...

Hopefully Xmas number one!!

The local radio station really annoyed me today, the woman kept playing the 2 versions (Gary Jules and TFF) and after Gary's version she would say "Music to slit your wrists by, or Tears for Fears...vote now!" How biaised it that?! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.  >:(
