A quintuple round up of the recently and not so recently carked.

RIP Jake Brockman - the 'fifth Bunnyman' and cohort of Julian H Cope esq http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/8234908.stm

RIP Michael Viner of the Incredible Bongo Band. His bongo-tastic cheesy listening creation provided the beats for some of early hip hop's greatest moments.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Viner

RIP for two former NME stalwarts Steven Wells AKA Susan Williams AKA Swells AKA Seething Wells and cartoon uber-hero Ray Lowry

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Lowry

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Wells

Also, a few years ago, but very sad to hear retrospectively about this as I used to know the bloke and once supported his band (at the Railway Arms, Templecombe fact fans) Davey Goldsworthy of Yeovil C86 supergroup The Chesterfields

You know, even though he had cancer and everyone knew he would die sooner than later..it still kind of shocks me that he died :(
