does any one know how to connect my pc to me mams? up north by the net?it is doing my soodin head in trying to explain what to do over the phone.
ex-me on the phone,type in in www.microsoft.com and hit enter.
reply.is enter a capital E or a small one.   


i cant be doing this no more.

Pretty sure you can remote through Skype,  and share her screen so you can see exactly what she is doing.
