Hmmmm, Pat Benatar maybe, but although the other's were good, I'm not sure I would say the greatest.   Madge's early stuff was good and Whitney's voice is incredible.

Not quite sure Madonna was the best singer, but certainly the greatest pop star! There is a vast difference.
