Dear Physicalbabe,
don't want to upset you but Holly is a bloke!
He had a sex change at the beginning of series 4 ( i think it was 4 ) but he will return as a bloke in the film whenever it's made.
But I agree with you I would of voted for Holly but went for the cat cause option wasn't there  :-* :-*

A passable show that was watchable at the time but laterly became self-indulgent crap. Series 1 now is incredibly dated; forget the flimsy cardboard sets and the stuck-together-by-gaffer-tape and it cost three bob to make ethos, it doesn't stand the test of time at all. Series 2 and 3 fare better and 4 is reasonable. Thereafter it slides downhill with all the aplomb of Eddie The Eagle and none of the grace, elegance or style.
It added nothing to the sitcom dynamic of British television and should have been put out to grass after series 5.  The first two books are good though but, true to form, the next two are utter kak.
