Best of the Eighties
« on: October 17, 2006, 21:25:09 PM »
:) Hi There, Apologies if this has come up on previous threads but I'm new to the forum & this is what brought me to PEC in the first place:
Does anyone have any info regarding a programme that BBC2 put on at New Year's Eve 1989? It was a 3 hour catalogue of the best music of the eighties called..... Eighties (strangely enough  :D). I taped it at the time but it's long since gone. I remember there being some cracking stuff on this so am very keen to acquire another copy. I'm fairly certain the Beeb didn't release it commercially (although they should!).

You wouldn't be able to copy video tape to DVD I wouldn't have thought.
