Was only legal to drink for 2 years of the 80's...drank for about 6 years though!
I remember drinking ..
Scotsmac-disgusting wine/whisky thing combo-drunk on 1 tall glass(about 2 quid a bottle)
Mad Dog 20/20-early alcopop type stuff that tasted like sh*t but was cheap
Red and Blue label Thunderbird wine
Peach Canei Wine
'K' cider
and when being decadent used to have Pernod and Black,lost quite a few hours on that stuff,particularly when trying to look hard and mixing it in a pint of cider.
Makes me wanna vomit just thinking about it

Mad Dog 20/20, Colt 45, Mirage and Thunderbird were regular Saturday night 'helpers' for me!

In fact, the years 87/88 are a bit of a blur!  ;D

Drank cider mostly in the early eighties, due to working @ Pontins in Morecambe, it was the cheapest drink you could buy on draught and i still drink it to this day. Find it alot less bloating than lager
