I've just found this out in some old recording, and it turns out to be one of the catchier songs I've heard in the 80s. It's in French. The singer actually sung it again in 2003. Well, that's from what I've watched.

There's something about this song that sounds so classic, and the melody really sounds good. Although, the singer did not write it, it's still a classic. Further research led me to the fact that it was actually #1 in a lot of European countries. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voyage_Voyage)

The Kate Ryan version of the tune sounds like nails across the chalkboard in comparison..although I still like the Gregorian version best, the original has much more pep :).
