I picked 'Other' and the details are ' to be licked to death by 20 busty Nordic beauties who don't know what the word 'stop' means.'



Note: my wife just read that and suggested a more realistic death would be 'stabbed with scissors while on the computer'.

I chose "lifted to heaven on angels wings " .

My team leader at work tragically died this week aged 45 , i guess he just couldn't go on anymore and he seems to have decided enough was enough .
 R.I.P Mark . Hope you your somewhere better .
