ive picked from the biggest electo tunes i can remember (although my brain is still rather sleep befuddled at the moment, so forgive me if i forgot something big).

and yes, im aware it wasnt just phil oakey on together in electric dreams :P

I've gone for Together In Electric Dreams , It's one of those songs that always makes you feel good when you hear it .

 Enjoy the silence has to be Depeche mode's pinnacle!! the song was great and the anton corbjin directed video is so memorable.
  For anyone that like's this song, you might want to check out Laccuna coil's recent cover of it, it's probably not as good as the origional but it's an interesting rockier version of it.

Of that lot, I voted Tainted Love.   Does Making Plans For Nigel - good as it is - qualify as an 'electro song' - it's not even got much keyboard on it?

ditto...no contest...but if i were going for "classic" depeche mode electro sound then i would have gone for New Life before ETS
