If Five Star are still around, they're probably over a pound a litre by now! (FUME!!)

I did like Rain or shine quite a lot. Does that make me a sad git? ::)

Don't talk nonsense!  'Rain or Shine' was a beautiful song.  You are not alone with your taste in this one.  Maybe we can be two sad gits together?

Bought their Greatest Hits album for 4 quid, some good tunes on there, likes "Stay out of my Life" the best though.

They were great. Perfect pop stars for the 80's. They must have inspired a million would-be dancers. And the lead singer (Denise?) had quite a voice - I thought her performance on Can't Wait Another Minute where she hits the long high note towards the end rocked. Five Star - it wouldn't be the 80's without 'em!!
