80s One-Hit Wonders/has-been

Hey Guys,
            I'm doing a project that requires me to find images of celebrities, either artists or actors or even politicians, that were famous between 1979-1985 for either one thing or a string of movies or songs, but have not since revived their careers.   I've thought of all the artists I could on my own, but since I was born in 1985, this task is a little hard for me. . . . can anyone help me please?

My personal favourite from the 80s that could be considered one hot(!) hit  wounders over here even tho they have done some decent albums are:
Laura Branigan- Self Control (1984)

Jennifer Rush- Power Of Love (1985)

Animotion- Obsession (1984)

Marilyn Martin- Duet with Phill Collins Separate Lives (1985) She went on to have a minor hit in America with Night Moves (1986) and a self titled album. She was dropped from her record label after her second album, This Is Serious in 1988 failed to chart. Great albums to check out even still.

Strawberry Switchbade popular, cult-y girl band (1982-86)

What about Peter Powell and Gary Davies they were famous about that time and defininitely cults ;)
