One eighties game consol I remember is the Nintendo NES. The revolutionary idea of a cartridge in the game. Compared to my Playstation 2 the graphics were pretty rubbish, but good games. Donkey Kong throwing barrels at a farmer or the original Super Mario Brothers. Racing games were quite revoloutionary as there was a proper track! If my friend's mum hadn't bought one second hand for £8 last year I would never have played an eighties consol. It was petty bulky and took me and my friend 1 hour to tune it into a 2003 Widescreen TV with about 3 different adapters
