all i can remember is parts of a music video

HI
I seem to recall parts of a Music video from the 80`s but i cant remember the song. Maybe somebody could help me out?
In the video, a girl, i think the singer, is riding in a old car (30-40 ish) With a chauffeur. And on top off a large hill, i think its coverd With green grass, there is a scientist/inventor-guy working on some kind of machine or telescope of some sorts... thats pretty much all i remember.
I would be tremendously Grateful if anybody knew what song i am talking about. its been driving me crazy for about two decades!!

I recognized it the moment the song started!!! Thank you sooo much! Ive been wondering about this for so many years! I i was 4 years when this came out. I think it played on SKY channel here in Norway.
